Posa ships from our EU warehouse to customers worldwide, free of charge. Every order is packed the same day or the next business day, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Our most popular destinations are the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Singapore, but we'll ship to essentially any address a major carrier delivers to. If you run into a country restriction at checkout, write to email@byposa.com and we'll find a route.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free, worldwide. There are no hidden handling or packaging fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
How long it takes
- European Union & United Kingdom — 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- United States & Canada — 5 to 9 business days.
- Australia, New Zealand & the rest of the world — 7 to 14 business days.
- The timer starts when the carrier picks up the order (usually the next business day after you order), not at checkout.
Duties, taxes & customs
Orders within the EU are shipped duty-paid — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
For destinations outside the EU (US, UK, CA, AU and others), local import duty or sales tax may apply, calculated by your country's customs on entry. Where your country allows it, we collect these at checkout and ship delivered-duty-paid (DDP) so there is no surprise at the door. Where it is not offered, the carrier may collect a small charge on delivery; this is set by your government, not by Posa.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. For international orders you can track the parcel through the carrier's site all the way to your country's local postal or courier service.
Delays
Occasionally a parcel is delayed — by weather, customs processing, or a carrier issue. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days (10 for international orders), email email@byposa.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Wrong or damaged on arrival
If the product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging + product. We send a replacement at our cost — worldwide.
Incorrect address
Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — once an order leaves our warehouse we can't change it. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the addressee was unreachable, you'll need to pay re-delivery at the current rate.
